May 12-My credit card reports the money for my order was taken out of my account
May 16-USPS states they have the label. Awaiting the product. Both company and UPS are in Tempe AZ
May 18-Called the company who regretted they could not talk on the phone- E-mail the company.
May 18-Email did not go thru.
May 19-USPS states they have the label and are awaiting the product. You could walk it by this time!
And these people brag that they support the armed forces. SHAME.
Tip for consumers:
Forget it Finally received my order 4 1/2 weeks later. Product was as ordered BUT.I was not informed of delay in delivery time advertised.. Poor business practice!
