After being married for over 15 years, I decided to upgrade my engagement ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to love it. However, the white gold band was much thinner than I expected. It was just too delicate for me. Since Clean Origin did not have any other settings that I loved, I decided to return the ring. The return process went very smoothly. I printed the shipping label and the return packing label. FedEx provided a box for shipping. Clean Origin credited my Visa card two days after they received the ring.
