I started orange theory in January 2023.
My instructor John he works is Washington Twp
Ask me what my goal was and I said to have a flat stomach by June and he replied with hard work and determination you will! 6 months later my stomach is flat! And I lost 10lbs so orange theory worked for me i love all the coaches in the Washington Twp facility Thank you
