dating.com site is powered by chat bots. Its only goal is to get your money.
If you signed up to this site. Make sure you cancel your membership. They will keep charging you even if you cancel your dating.com account.
If using paypal, the instructions are wrong.
You have to go to settings > account settings > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments > then cancel the membership for "SOL Networks Limited". They will keep charging you even if you cancel your dating.com account.
