I made a My Melody collab purchase the day it launched on the site and my order didn't ship until almost an entire month later, only after I asked for a refund because I had no clue where my order even was. They refused to refund me and "coincidentally" the tracking number finally updated to say Fedex recieved the package. I got it a week later, and... my My Melody purchase wasn't in the box. It wasn't even checked off on the receipt. I immediately contacted them to let them know part of my order was missing and I did not want a refund, I wanted what I had purchased. They responded by giving me a refund anyway and telling me the item was out of stock. If my package had been shipped in a remotely timely manner they might have been able to replace the item they never put in it in the first place! This order was such a frustrating experience that I'm never purchasing from this company again.
