Worst ever. Just don't buy from this company. Bad products. Wrong sizes sent out. No refunds Customer is no help

Total con job. I f I can save one more person from buying then maybe we can put these folks out of business or at least get good customer service. Bought a pair on sandals in size 7 1/2 W and was sent a size 7 W. The box it came in looked like it had been used or returned before, and the sandals were not even wrapped but had possibly been returned and just thrown in this box. Save yourself the headache. Don't purchase from these folks

Last year I wrote a review that was very critical of Petmountain. I was very upset because I had not received my complete order. Petmountain did send me the rest of my order. Since then, I have had no problems with any of my orders. I buy for my dogs and tortoises. I usually try to buy bulk when it is in stock. Petmountain has the best prices. They beat all the competition. Oh, btw, I just received an order. Thanks, folks. I know in my heart that one order was an aberration from the great customer experience I usually receive from Petmountain. Thanks, again and have a good day.
