I booked a weekend from Booking.com, I canceled my hotel 5 days before the cutoff date to do so, and recevied a cancelation email from booking, with a 0 balaance. Of course I was charged for the weekend anyway? I have called booking 4 times now, and the hotel 4 times now, the hotel sent me a 0 charge bill saying thye never charged my card. And I believe them, but booking refuses to give me a refund even with proff I was charged, and the hotel varifing I never stayed there? And this s the second time this has happened, it took months to get my first refund. USE ANYBODY ELSE BUT BOOKING. I also heard from others this happens a lot.
