If I could give this product 0 Stars I would. The license is thousands of dollars and the support is terrible. If you submit a support ticket they will open and close the ticket in the middle of the night to say the issue is resolved, to avoid actually solving this issue. Support will ignore emails. This product is not mobile friendly like they say it is in the demo, unless you have the newest iphone, so its basically useless to consumers unless they are on a desktop. Looks cool in demo but in actual real life is fumbly and hard for the everyday customer to use. Every customer we had that attempted to use the imprintnext product designer on our website gave up and ended up emailing us the artwork as the designer was too difficult to use, rendering the product useless. Also the time frame is super short to receive a refund and they will not budge. There are far cheaper and way more user friendly options out there. Don't buy this product unless you like wasting money and time!
