I couldn't get my phone out of recovery mode. I spent days trying and as I was researching solutions, I saw nothing but 5 star reviews. I am glad I went with the reviews. I took them less than a minute to get the phone out of recovery mode. All I had to do was put a cord into the phone hit a button twice and my phone was going again. I am thrilled along with all of the the other people who choose this company to trust in. Life savers. Thank you so much. The other features come in handy too and it's okay for beginners too who know nothing about phones.
