Advised item would be returned by overnight courier. 4 days later have heard nothing. No response from customer service. Took money for the courier immediately. Very unsatisfactory.
Tip for consumers: Do not assume overnight shipping is anything other than overnight after it has taken the company many days to provide to the courier.
