I understand that you are working very hard to get all of the orders out under extreme circumstances, but I have reached out several times and only received the automated email response. I placed an order 20 days ago and still haven't received it. That seems a lot longer than a "slight delay" with deliveries. Just trying to figure out if I should cancel my order at this point. I was so excited when I found this website but now very disappointed.
