I ordered 3 dresses; all three were billed as 100% cotton. 2 are clearly labeled 100% (cheap) polyester and the third has a cheap polyester lining which was not mentioned. I tried to return them and here I quote from their emails:
"From the photos you provided, we can't check what's wrong with the clothes." [included where shots of the 100% polyester tags!]
"We are sorry to hear that, but as our policy states, our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fee if they want to return/ exchange the item because the item they choose did'n meet their expectation. So maybe you will need to know about shipment fee to Nanjing city Jiangsu province in China."
[the package I received was sent from a California address, about which they responded] "We shipped from China, CA is just transfer station, the return shipping fee is very high, it will cost you about $35, so we suggest you take the $5 refund"
And for more background: "Would it be a considerable solution if we refund $5 to your payment account as compensation while you keep the items and send them to your friends or Charity as a gift? Normally fully refund require too much time (about 1 month shipment + 1 month accounting issue). We usually offer credits or partial refund as compensation which is way faster an easy."
I am currently working with PayPal to get my money back.
