I placed an order 8 days ago and they have not shipped my order. They don't answer their phone, do not have voicemail and refuse to provide any information via email. The only response I received were 2 lines of misspelled words saying they would email me when it shipped. I responded and... nothing. They had no problem charging my card 8 days ago, but now won't ship or respond. This is my second consecutive order with issues (last order had to be refunded and I purchased different brands). This was a "make up" order. What a joke. My card should not have been charged until my product shipped, but they charged me anyway and refuse to ship. I feel taken advantage of as a customer. The hair products are good, but not this good. I'm reporting as fraud after the holiday and weekend.
