I purchased an umbrella and it never worked from the beginning. After a few uses within a month it broke. (The string that winds the umbrella up broke in 2) I tried to contact the company for a replacement since they say all over their website lifetime warranty. They said they would send a replacement but I had to pay $40 shipping. Wow! The umbrella was only $89. So, I received a defective umbrella with free shipping but now they won't stand by their product to send me a new umbrella for free. (Which is what the website says) That's not free and that's not good customer service. Tried to call a few times, sent emails... asked for a refund and they would respond at all. I would not buy from this company. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot.
I wouldn't have given them 1 star but had to choose at least 1
