I am still waiting for an item ordered from Gateway Luxury that was ordered approx. A month ago. It was to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I understand that small business orders may take longer. However, when emailing them two times (which states they will respond in 24-48 hrs) I never received a response. Poor communication for good business practice. Now I feel I am out $85 and a Christmas present.

I wish to clarify that you wrote your review on the wrong company profile. We are called BrandsGateway.com and GatewayLuxury is a completely different company and we have no affiliates with them. I would greatly appreciate if you could remove your review about us, since your experience was with a different company.
