To all those complaining about not getting a response from them, be thankful. I just had possibly the worst interaction I've ever had with a customer service agent I've ever had. Funnily, the agent's name is "Nice". Apparently the person does not live up to the name.
I basically gave some polite feedback (i. E. no exclamation, no threats, no cussing) and told them it was okay not to fix the issue. In return, I got a lecture on how systems work and how I didn't know how to properly use it.
Funnily, "Nice" responds within minutes when aggravating clients. Fastest response times ever. I wish they were as fast in resolving issues.
