I was so excited to be hired on from the temp agency so I could receive the health care and dental and vision benefits. They seemed fair in the beginning, however the scenerio quickly changed following training. We were quickly expected to complete 80 or more emails per day. If you had to process orders to be reshipped, it was double the work, one day I had 40 reships in addition to 40 more. The newer agents get the easier emails so not to scare them away, however that will be short lived. If you do not attain your 80 emails per day, you will receive a verbal, then 2 weeks later a written and then a final which more than likely means you will be terminated. Don't worry about the bonus, as if you do manage to receive the $1,000 sign on bonus, if they terminate you or you seek a better employment opportunity, you have to pay it back. They require you to stay for one full year. This opportunity was less than golden, however it paid my bills for 2 months while I was able to go back to Prince Perelson Employment Agency in Salt Lake City, UT. They were wonderful to work with and should have stayed on with them. The stats are unattainable, and the write ups come quickly, I had 94.5 as my QA total one month and received a write up because it was not 95%! So take it for what its worth, and don't get signed on with them, work as a temp and then you can find other employment quickly with Prince Perelson. I have to say I was disappointed but if it sounds too good to be true, you know it usually is.
