I will be contacting them according to warranty as it hasn't been 5 years. I got a replacement once right away when it ripped inside, so not sure what they will do. But they are a one time use per bag. For the cost it's horrible.
As you can see first time I used this one. I just had taken off the tags.

Tip for consumers:
I did ask for a refund but was denied. I let them know none of the bags live up to the hype. My other bags are useless I was told I didn’t pack them correctly. I have the packing cubes. Unless you want to carry your luggage don’t buy any of them. I will say I like their packing cubes and back pack for space and being light weight the rest of the products just throw your money in the trash.
