Footlocker canada took my $180.80, for the order of my daughter's basketball shoes, then immediately cancelled my order eventhough all my payment information was correct and the money had already been taken from my account by way of a visa debit purchase transaction. The so-called helpline was useless, dropped my call twice, when I finally got the "right" department, they told me my money would not be returned for 5 business days (which would be after Christamas) comlpletely criminal. Either give me my kids Christmas present or give me my money back immediately. What a joke of a company! If the company I run operated in this manner, we'd be out of business. Get your act together, and rectify this situation. This is the same review I will be putting on Google.
