I ordered a purse - but once I got it, I decided I did not want it. So I returned it... and my tracking number showed it had arrived back where it came from. But I have yet to get a refund. When I asked about it, they claim it did not arrive and all I get are emails in bad English asking for that tracking number - which I no longer had - but no refund will be given unless I can produce that.
Very poor business, horrible customer service.
