I used shippingcart several times in the past to send items to family members and myself when i was in philippines.The first time was amazing, I got a package to a very remote area in less than a week, in fact, even the folks at shippingcart were amazed.The next few times it went pretty smoothly, although I did have problems processing payment using my US credit card.The past couple of times have not gone well. They have lost items, disposed of items, never notified me when I have a new item in my cart, until I contacted them looking for it 3 weeks after it arrived according to USPS tracking.The latest problem involves processing payment again, I am unable to pay for shipping from Hayward Ca. To Manila, using two different credit cards. Both banks assured me that the problem is on shippingcarts end.It is extremely frustrating dealing with their customer service, or lack thereof.No more.If they don't want to take my money, I will find another company who will. Goodbye.
