I've ordered from Myprotein for more than 20 years and never happened nothing like this, I've been charged 3 TIMES for the same order.
After hundreds of calls to costumer service and nobody care, my last chance was thru message and I've spoken with: Sthabiso, Samkelisiwe and Callum no one help me to solve their mistake ( for me is a robbery) of charging the costumer 3 TIMES.
They demand to send them a print screen as proof of what I was saying, like the Bank institutions don't aloud to do print screens, I've to send them a bank statement. (wishing that nothing wrong happen with my personal details)
Just be aware of this company, after the pandemic looks like they have moved to the backyard.
My next order I'm going to thing seriously to go elsewhere.
