Yet another bad review for this company.
Ordered some glasses and when i chased it up told me they were out of stock. Why did no one let me know when i ordered? Why show in stock on the website.
Have been chasing a refund ever since. Was told the accounts dept was collapsed?!?! Whatever that means.
Next step is to report them to all optician authorities and action fraud.
