I would never purchase from this company again. Our dress came with a piece that shouldn't have beelined attached causing it to lay funny. I had to pay a professional almost as much as the dress to fix it. They don't reply back in customer service but every 2-3 days and send you in circle. They claim they are very which isnt a good excuse. If this is how dresses come then I'm sure they do have a lot of complaints. You can't talk with anyone.
