Do Not purchase from these people. I made the mistake of buying a "Pax Ploom" vaporizer b/c they had it "on sale" for about $60 less than it was listed elsewhere online. I bought it, they shipped and said it had a 10yr warranty which they would honor within the first year, then after 1st yr you would have to contact Pax directly. Not only did the POS vaporizer not function properly, but it totally quit working for no reason at all after a few months. Since then I have contacted them 7 times via calls and emails with no response at all. I contacted Pax to try and get my warranty honored and after sending them a bunch of photos of the vaporizer they confirmed it as a total fake. I have since opened a FRAUD case against them with my credit card company in hoped of getting my money back. Screw these dishonest pieces of crap. May as well have stolen my wallet.
