DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought (what I had no clue was) a counterfeit Ploom PAX for my boyfriend in January. The P. O. S broke after just a few weeks/months and now they will not respond to emails and phone calls trying to get a refund.
Going to the bank to try to resolve but I will not rest until I get my money back.
