I ordered a PS5 digital refurbished online at GameStop.com. Paid for shipping etc. toToday I received my order from Fed-Ex when I picked up the box I heard what sounded like loose pieces inside. Opened it to find that whoever shipped this basically threw a ps5 console, controller and cables in an oversized brown box with no regard for packaging whatsoever. The side panel was busted off, it was dented and scratched to no end as we all know shipping company's don't handle packages like it's their own. Called GameStop customer service asked them like what is this? Make it right! This was a Christmas gift for my son. She said policy says they can't send a replacement till they receive this console and a replacement won't be here in time. Told them just refund my dang money. Received the return label with the refund only to find my shipping won't be refunded. Even after they failed to do what they were paid to do slide shipping they won't even refund that. Worst customer service and will never do business with again. Take your business elsewhere this company doesn't care or have any type of empathy or accountability for their mistakes at the cost of customers money!
