I bought a plugin that didn't work with my WP theme so I asked for a refund and heard nothing for a week so I took it up with Paypal. Eventually Envato (CodeCanyon) contacted me and said they'd suspended my account (I have other plugins with them) until I dropped the case with Paypal. Eventually, they gave me a credit note fr the amount. I wanted a refund. Will not buy from them again.
