I ordered a week's worth of meals four weeks ago. I received an email apologizing for a delay, then waited for a delivery the following week. Two weeks past. I followed up and found out that Purple Carrot deleted my account. I signed up and they ghosted me. I sent them a message today, but I am fed up and I have been ghosted.
