ECOSHIELD gave me an appointment for treatment on May 25,2023 between 2-4PM. They sent me an email with the employee's picture stating he treated my home at 5:54PM. NO WAY! I'm disabled another retired person home ALL DAY, NEVER LEFT WAITING, WATCHING on closed circuit cameras for ECOSHIELD.
When we received the email it upset us due to knowing they intended to deceive us not knowing we were home waiting all day watching, No Show. I complained to the boss who stated he did a Google Map search on my home and the employee described my home exactly. I did a Google Map search, which showed my home prior to remodeling. My home looks different and the color was yellow but now blue. Boss stated he had GPS on employee and he was here, I DEMAND to see the GPS in Court on this employee. NO WAY! It was a beautiful day and we went outside waiting and watching camera monitors but no show. I have closed circuit cameras showing employee stating he did not come to my home on May 25,2023.
Check YELP and BBB Complaints against this company. Many complaints similar to mine, no appearance. How would a person working know if a company arrived for outside treatment with no cameras or no one home?
I would not recommend this company and will not stop complaining until FULL REFUND for no treatment charged on my credit card the exact same day of no treatment and trying to cover up unaware Two people home waiting with cameras and monitors not aware we were watching ALL DAY!
One thing I despise is a company charging me for work not complete.
I will place my evidence against ECOSHIELD in Court ANYTIME!
I'm old enough to know how to protect my home that's why cameras are very important saving me several times.
I advised the boss that I would complain and no response.
My complaints against this company have begun and continue until resolved.
I intentionally did not submit my receipt in this complaint, because I will be showing it to a judge in court with my filings.

I purchased two sweaters for a family member for her birthday one green and one burgundy from Jane.com and StyleLoveLiving.com working together. The sweaters came in two Burgundies. I contacted this company and they were no help whatsoever and nasty as a matter of fact. The company wanted me to pay to pay and send back the sweater they refused to send me a new one which I already paid for. While placing the order I had a problem reviewing the cart so I went on a Chat. The chat person assured me that there was one green and one burgundy sweater coming to me. The company admitted in a attached email that their employee made a mistake after reviewing the Chat, I requested. These companies refuse to work together to resolve my issue and I'm stuck with two burgundy sweaters.
I will never do business with either one of these companies again. I would not recommend anyone use or buy anything from these companies due to the poor service even when they're absolutely wrong. Once the companies admitted it was their mistake they should've immediately sent it overnight to me for the family birthday but it's too late now. Thank you for nothing Jane and StyleLoveLiving.
The best companies for these type of products is Heartland and Collections etc they are both great. I had minor problems with them and they resolved the issues immediately. I recommend them in place of these companies.
One would assume that a company who admits that employee made the mistake that they would help me as much as possible. These two companies did nothing except try to make me pay for another order after I already paid.
I am not submitting my payment receipt for privacy reasons. The company would've never emailed the attached email explaining their employees screwed up if I didn't purchase the items.

I've been purchasing from untilgone for many years. I received an email that said I won $100 gift card. When I tried to cash it and I was denied. They stated an employee made a mistake. I've seen others on this site with the same exact problem as me. This can't be a mistake. Somethings wrong. Company makes a commitment they should stick by it.
How many others have received this mistakenly, hundred dollar phony gift certificate?
