I searched Google to find a good price on contacts. Kits comes up with the lowest price, they looked great in terms of pricing. They even stated that they would offer free shipping on all orders over $99. My total was $286 and change. So I was surprised to see my total change when I went to enter my credit card info by and addition of a shipping charge of $7.95 and an Insurance and Handling Fee of $176.93. They are insane! Their chat rep. Stated they had to do that sort of trick to get people to buy from them as other companies are doing the same thing. That is the definition of bait and switch in my book. I would never purchase from someone like that. You spend all that time on their site entering info and then at the very last screen to you see these fees added to your account. I might have even missed it if I did not stop to review before pressing "continue with payment" button. This tells me I can't trust this site, total waste of time!

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use this site, they are no open and transparent about pricing. They give you a really low price to get you on the site and you spend time inputting information, Rx, etc...and then on the last screen they hit you with insane add-on fees.

Products used:
Did not purchase from them do to the bait and switch tactic used with the pricing of contacts

UPDATED REVIEW: 10 March 2022

I should have know this would be the type of customer service we would received from Sport Durst Mazda, but I figured, they are close to our home so let's give it a shot and see if things have changed at this dealership. Okay, so we went in with the intention to trade-in and purchase 2 new vehicles from Sport Durst Mazda. Our sales person texted me that they had one of the vehicles that we were interested in just delivered and asked if we could come in to look at it. We did and we liked the vehicle and we started to talk pricing with her. To make a long story short, they played with the numbers and even increased the sticker price from the first offer to the second offer they made to us. When I asked why the sticker price changed, they said, "I can't explain that." That wasn't the worst part of the transaction. They also offered a discount and then took it off in the second offer. They stated the discount was only towards the "Addendum" that they charge almost $2,000 for. The Addendum is for window tinting ( that is clearly stated is not done on the vehicle we were interested in purchasing), all weather mats ($200 full retail price on the Mazda website) and for leather and paint protection. I told them I did not want the Addendum since they were not going to do any tinting and the matts are $200 full retail, so protection was being billed at almost $1800 (that is a completely insane) When I asked if they were charging that much money for protection, the more experience salesperson said, "it's really good protection." This was the same "more experienced" salesperson that was playing video games on his phone while talking to us.

Everything was fine at this point, we just weren't going to make a deal and we said, thank you, but we don't want the car. As my wife, three year old son and I were getting up to leave, this same "more experienced" salesperson that we were dealing with (since our original sales person was new - and by-the-way, she was great! She was professional, respectful and a great person to deal with) mad a very rude comments to us (their not real buyer, where do they think they are, etc... talking very load to another employee to make sure we could hear them on our way out.). We ignored him and continued to walk towards the door, then he, very sarcastically stated "good luck on your car buying". We continued to say nothing and just ignored him and left. Then our original sales person came outside while we were getting into our vehicle and asked us if we would accept the price that we originally offered them for the car. I told her that I would never purchase a vehicle from their dealership after the other salesperson made those rude comments to us as we were on our way out, heading towards the door. We for sure would have gone back in and made a deal today with them if it were not for the rudeness of this other salesperson. There are just way to many other options out there for anyone to be treated that way and to have to put up with such poor customer service. All I can say is, "Good luck with your car sales!"

New to the area and we own 2 Mazda vehicles. We received a recall notice for one the vehicles. Called up Sport Durst Mazda to schedule the recall service appointment, had the hardest time trying to even get an appointment. Since it was a recall they needed the VIN, which I did not have handy at the time. So, after a few minutes of trying to get the Rep. To schedule the appoint and that I would call in later with the VIN, I was able to get her to agree and schedule the appoint. Then I remembered we just received the property tax bill, and that would have the VIN on it. So far, other than being a bit annoyed by their process, I was okay with the whole thing. Now we get to setting the date and time, I ask for how long it will take to do the service. She informed me and I requested a loaner car. She than told me that they don't offer loaner cars for this type of service appointment. I just told her to forget the appoint and thanked her for her time. It's a shame, because our old dealership, Mazda of South Charlotte, treats us so well. They always have loaners for us no matter the appointment. We never have to jump through hoops to get an appointment to begin with. If this is how Sport Durst Mazda treats their customers, I will never purchase a vehicle from them. I would rather purchase from Mazda of South Charlotte (even with the drive - it would be worth it!). I was really surprised by the level of customer service, or lack-there-of. Anyway, they just lost a customer in us. We will take our business to a place that values their client's time and know how to deliver exception customer service. There are just too many other great dealerships to choose from to settle for this poor level of customer care. Kind of makes sense why they have a 2.5 out of 5 star rating.
