I tried to return a new item for a refund, it was packaged in its original box with all of the items it had when I bought it. After about an hour of heated conversation with the customer service person, his manager and the store manager, and a getting larger by the minute crowd listening, they finally refunded my money. I have not been back in any of their stores since.

Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. People are professional, friendly, and honest. They can generally beat anyone's price on any item they offer. I purchase items from them all the time and recommend them to everyone.

Purchased power supply from them on eBay which had a one year warranty. Supply failed and I returned it for replacement. They claimed power supply is not defective and offered 20% restocking fee refund. I agreed, and they took a 47% fee which I rejected. EBay and Pay Pal did nothing due to time elapsed from purchase.
