The Royal Mail website is one of the poorest around. It almost competes with the gov.uk site. When you have finally not found what you require, you then have a roundabout journey to the same place. When you want to complain, it ends up with you getting to that same place again. I had to resort to emailing the CEO to complain. They really need to test their systems with actual customers. Whoever is in charge of IT at RM, they need to be sacked! USELESS!
