After two years I managed to get a very good comms link with the team and my claim was sorted out within a couple of weeks. Big thanks to Phil for making things happen. Hope future use of the site will be much better.
I am really sorry to hear you have had to wait so long for your claim. We really don't like keeping our members waiting for a resolution but at the same time we need you to lodge a claim because we need to take that to the tracking network to dispute what they have awarded us and we need them to reply to us before we can reply back to you.
This being said, I want to look into your issue to see if we can make some positive steps forward with this and so I have dropped you a direct message.
