Bulk ordered 2 different items with expectation they were new and as described. Received the items. Some of the items had scratches, and some items were ("pw-holster") had metal exposed inside the pouch where the watch would go. This would mean any item put in the pouch would be scratched up – therefore unusable. Tried to return defective items and "customer service" tells me there is a 10% restocking fee for defective items. It's not a misunderstanding. It was repeated over and over again. Never heard of a company charging the customer for sending defective items. Needless to say, charge back filed!
