Ordered a jumper item was just left outside on my doorstep. Something happened to my item. Merchant wouldn't do anything about the missing item. Or refund me. Total scum bags.

Tip for consumers:
Ordered jumper item was just left outside when delivered as nobody home. Item I presume was taken by someone. Tradeinn refuse to do anything even after I filled out all paperwork for post office opened a file up on the mater. All tradeinn had to do was to claim the money off post office and refund me or send me the item i ordered instead of ignoring me. Will never use this company customer services are terrible
