Good for you if you have a good experiences if not you will end up with 100's of us that have had the absolute worst experience. They talk a good game but it's all smoke and mirrors. IF you get your subpar quality products your lucky and if you need to return-well good luck. They will try to put a positive spin on all the bad reviews but blame their customers. Your better off with Venus or Zappos. I will not go into details of my 3 week ordeal but trust me you will want to go elsewhere. My unworn product will be brought to goodwill tomorrow for others to enjoy as it brings me no joy to own anything from this company. I'll eat the investment. That's how bad this company is to deal with.

We are sorry for this inconvenience and empathize with your frustration. Firstly, please accept our sincere apology due to logistics. To meet your satisfaction and expectation, our team has been trying our best to build up a very convenient service experience. But unfortunately, USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases of the packages and limited employee availability due to the impacts of the holiday season and COVID-19. Under this circumstance, your order was influenced and delayed. We sincerely apologize for the logistics didn't work as excepted. But please rest assured that your parcel was on the way to you. So in order to ease your concern, our customer service offered some compensation for you. However, it seemed you were not interested in them. Secondly, we found that you received your parcel when you came back from your vacation and you didn’t want your parcel anymore. We also agreed to cover the shipping fee for return. So except for making a full refund of your order, we need to ask for your PayPal account to transfer the shipping fee. Sorry for the trouble made. Thirdly, we are also sorry that our products cannot meet your expectation. We have submitted your feedback to our related departments and will optimize our products. We also always looking at ways to ensure a great customer experience and minimize any discomfort as much as possible. Your feedback allows us to prevent such errors in the future.
