I ordered a shirt for Xmas, for a relative. I had entered an incorrect address (missing 1 number). I called early the day after it was supposed to be delivered. They said it was going to be re-sent to them. I asked for it to be redirected, they said it could not. I work for a large manufacturer and we redirect packages everyday. I asked to reorder the same thing & have it sent to my relative and they told me they would and they would receive it by 12/23. Found out, today, it was never reordered.

Tip for consumers:
Their site doesn't have tracking info. All they give you is an order# & you have to contact cust serv to get a tracking #. I tried to reorder an item, they told me they would, they never did. I found out, later, that my item was sold out so they just didn't reorder and did not contact me.
