I probably have 50+ Life is Good t-shirts. The last few years the quality is terrible. Every single one of my shirts gets holes in the front, even after one or two washes. The company won't stand behind their product. After emailing them about a brand new shirt I washed once (multiple holes), they didn't offer anything. I have to find a new brand with better quality.
This is the response I received-

I am so sorry about that! We actually do not know the reason for these quality issues. It can be anything from humidity, temperature, raw materials etc. Also, sometimes because of continuous rubbing or friction on a particular surface can also cause the fabric to develop holes. We do take many precautions and our products are put through so many quality tests to make sure that such things do not happen but still there are times when some quality issues do happen. We will try and make sure that such things do not happen in future.

I wish, I could reship that t-shirt for you but unfortunately, that item is currently out of stock. We truly appreciate your feedback and I will be sure to pass along your feedback to our Customer Feedback sheet in order to alert the correct department of the issue you are experiencing.

The strobe light I order did not work. Customer service was timely in their response and refunded the purchase price of the item. Will be a return customer.
