Your system would not recognize the account I've been using for more than twenty years, so I had to create a new account with you. Your employee named Nicole helped me figure what to do, and she was very pleasant on the phone.

Reason I chose this business:

For more than twenty years, I have liked your styles and quality. When there were problems (such as "bubbles" in the styrene) your service department helped me get what I needed.
