These are scam artists. Go look at their Terms and Conditions. They say they aren't responsible if they decide they don't feel like paying you or if your funds "go missing" or they just don't have the funds to pay you. Yet guarantee on the home page and on the app that you will be compensated for the work you put in. You essentially agree to free labor and the entire facade is just a farce. It's ridiculous. Customer services ignores emails. Report to BBB so others are aware of this scam.
Tip for consumers:
Report, report, report. They won't stop if you just accept it and they have no consequences. Report, report, report. Don't let fake bots and fake reviews let them continue this behavior.

Survey, you as the user provide all the work and survey answering and time and they pay you nothing as promised.

I've completed surveys with no compensation and half completed many surveys to be told the survey...
They have access to personal information and your phone completely they need to be shutdown...
