Avoid.
The 'team' arrived over 1 hour late, one member left within an hour of arriving leaving one guy alone for the majority of the load-up.
When a replacement eventually turned up, they both admitted to us that neither even worked for Carlin Brown and were just helping as they were busy.
My partner and her mother had to reassemble the bed as one remover couldn't do it properly. I also had to assist with the lifting as one mover wasn't able to.
When we raised multiple concerns to Carlin Brown we were offered 1/6th of the total cost refunded and told verbatim:
"At the end of the day the removal was completed and there was no damage to any of your belongings"
This is their standard. If you're looking for a premium service that you can relax about, look elsewhere. You'll pay premium for nothing more than a man-in-van service.
We're currently escalating this to Trading and Advertising standards.
