“Poor inventory management”

Ordered an item on Google Shopping, waited week with no response, then got an "out of stock" message, cancelling the order. Nevertheless, even after the order was cancelled for no stock, the vendor still shows the item as available on Google Shopping and their own Web site. This is fraudulent, and it's obvious that this vendor can't manage their own inventory. I'll shop elsewhere.

* Brands Republic attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
