Terrible customer service. Didn't wanna make me exchange of the item. In email they just saying that item never arrived, while i have confirmation that it did.
Worst experience, i should never order it.

I think there is should be penalties for seller who doesn't send item, because buyer has to wait 4 weeks for seller, and it happened to me three times that i didn't receive bought item and Vestiere Collective only returned money for item, but not for shipping!
