Didn't cancel the service immediately as requested. Only needed the one document. If you can't provide written proof of cancellation (it's done over the phone), they continue to charge until you catch them. Would not provide any refund without an email from client stating that you are accepting this in full and would not require any other refunds for the many months they charged beyond the cancellation. Requested to speak to a supervisor who was actually worse than the customer service representative. Thanks for nothing "John."
