I ordered a floor lamp. Basically, OJCommerce is the distributor for the manufacturer and did not package the item. They shipped it through FedEx and I got it by the stated date. Upon opening the lamp, it had a defect - through no fault of OJCommerce. I immediately called them, explained the problem, sent pictures and was given a full refund that day. I have nothing but respect for a company that stands behind their business.
Tip for consumers:
They are a great site and offer better prices than similar sites - especially if ordering direct from them and not from one of their copartners.
