I ordered and received my "3D" rug. It was shipped fairly promptly. However, the rug which is supposed to be a 3D Illusion rug is definitely not 3D. I took a picture of it and it's an open case for 2weeks now. So very disappointed. $50 down the drain!
I ordered 2 puzzles 2 months ago. When I contacted the customer service last month, they credited my account for the shipping. Impossible to track a shipment. The puzzles arrived today. In a plain white shirt box with a picture of the puzzle on the outside. The boxes had both been opened with the mostly loose pieces, some were still attached. I put them in a sandwich size ziplock bag. It was supposed to be 100 pc. For a kids puzzle. The pieces barely took up a third of the sandwich bag. Live and learn. Judy S from Manchester, NJ

I ordered the "no pull harness" yesterday at 11:00 in the morning. Before placing the order I asked them to please double-check that I ordered the right size. My dog is currently 20 lbs. the size small goes to 22 lbs. The medium is 22-44 lbs. I ordered the small. I did receive an e-mail within the hour (it was a Monday) was told that their hours were 9-5 Monday through Friday(?) The next Morning I got an e-mail saying it was too late to change the order as it had already been sent out.
I made the mistake of ordering from them last year. They have a great photographer cover up high priced plastic. This year I ordered a Disney hoodie. 2 weeks after ordering, I went to check on the order & customer service (that didn't speak English) told me that item was now on back order. Would I mind waiting 4-6 weeks. I should have learned my lesson from last year.
Kicking myself that I didn't go on sitejabber BEFORE I ordered. The prices look great, the picture of the item looks great, BUT, I wouldn't know if it actually is. Ordered over a month ago. It's still processing. Cancelling items now. Hopefully.

So, so disappointed. The dress looked perfect for my daughters wedding. I ordered the dress in a different color. The long sleeves were 3/4 & the soft lace overlay was more like a straight jacket. Been trying for over a month to get a refund. Their customer service is worse than the dress. Their suggestion is for ME to resell it

Tip for consumers: The worst experience with online buying,ever!

Love the last chance! Best deals around. Did most of my Christmas shopping on Zulily. Found some very unique gifts. I could spend hours on this site. Also, their customer service is top notch.
Ive been buying my henna from Luck Vitamin for a couple of years. Very happy with the price and the quick delivery.
This site never fails me. If you cant find it on Amazon, you really dont need it. I dont know how they can offer a lower price than the manufacturer does.
