“Etsy is not looking out for the shop owners”

My etsy shop is suspended even though I am updated with my payments and they wont tell me why? I can not get in touch with any one from etsy they have no contact information and I have sent emails with no response. My etsy shop is attached to my website so it looks very unprofessional and I have a fashion show coming up and I promote all my sales through my etsy shop
