Drivers can become locked out of their app because customers ratings. My daughter got a 4.7 and was unable to work again. The email they sent her said permanent. It is kind of ridiculous that they don't let the drivers explain anything to the., they just go off a rating. Brother in law got locked out also because he delivered on an icy day. No one else was out. He was late to the customer and they gave him a bad rating, he lost his only form of employment because of his health. It's ridiculous. EVERYONE NEEDS TO QUIT USING THIS SERVICE, they treat their "employees" horrible.
