“Missing Items - No Response”

I made an order on the Wet 'N Wild website and when I received my order, I am missing two items and NO ONE has gotten back to me yet. It's been over 3 days since my e-mail containing all of the information it asked for. I may contact my bank soon if I don't get a response. Terrible customer service.
